Lions 2026 UDFA: Eric O'Neill, EDGE
Can O'Neill's clean bill of health help win him a role at EDGE?
The Lions added a medically-clean EDGE prospect in Eric O’Neill as an undrafted free agent (UDFA). With the multitude of EDGE injuries over the past couple seasons, adding this healthy 6’ 3”, 261 lbs player could turn out to be a smart move for the Lions.
Below is the medical report for O’Neill. For a full breakdown of the 2026 rookie class, visit my Lions 2026 draftees + UDFA page.
