This version of the Medical Big Board is sorted by position. For prospects sorted by concern level, see my NFL Draft 2026 Medical Big Board.
While the full collated Big Board is reserved for paid subscribers, you can find all the full medical reports for free on my NFL Draft Medical Reports Page.
What stands out to me when looking at the positional lists is the high number of CB’s and RB’s who have very low medical concerns. This may help out the Lions who are in need of backup and developmental players at both those positions.
Positions are listed starting with the Lions’ biggest needs per my Positional Need Rankings.
